The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (effective 25 May 2018) sets out your rights concerning how I may collect and use the information you give me when visiting this website or signing up to my newsletter.

This statement sets out what information I have and how I use it and gives you the opportunity to either confirm that you are content or to opt out.

If you use the Contact form, I use your email address solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not use it for any other purpose, and I do not share it with third parties.

My email newsletter list

I send out newsletters using MailChimp (Mailchimp privacy policy) to an email list held on MailChimp’s database. The sign-up form for the newsletter complies with the requirements of the EU regulation, asking specifically that subscribers agree to be contacted.

Opting Out: At the footer of every newsletter is a standard option for you to change the way you receive the newsletters and to confirm how you want to be contacted, or to unsubscribe. There are, in fact, two such opportunities in each newsletter.
